My name is Ashlee Davis, founder of Better Development Inc. As a mother of three and a nurse, I’ve always had a passion for helping others and creating safe, supportive environments for growth.

Better Development Inc. was created from my desire to make a lasting impact on children and families in my community. I wanted to build a space where kids feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into their best selves.

This organization is more than a program — it’s a purpose-driven movement focused on mentorship, education, life skills, and building a better future for every child we serve.

The Vision

My vision is to build one of the most impactful youth development programs, providing opportunities that help children grow mentally, emotionally, and socially — while creating a strong foundation for their future.

This is more than a program-it's a movement to change lives, break cycles, and build a stronger future for the next generation

Why It Matters

I understand the importance of guidance, structure, and opportunity because of my own life experiences. I created Better Development Inc. to provide children with the support, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

This organization was built from a place of purpose — to create a safe and empowering environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
